Voucher One Day Intro Course

This voucher is for our one day intro to freediving course. A course fully customized for those who already started freediving or spearfishing on their own but never did a proper course and want to develop the main basic techniques and safety protocolls. We aim at improving your level so that you will be able to enjoy your spearfishing or recreational freediving activities and stay safe.
 
The course includes:
1 Theory session
1 breathing and relaxation session
1 dry breath hold session
1 static or dynamic apnea session in confined water (depending on the needs)
1 open water session
