During this practical session we go to several different beaches and help you analyse your surf/swim zone before we enter the water to experience a real rip current and guide you safely out of it again. After this course you will have an increased ocean and beach awareness and be able to accurately analyse your beach and swim/surf area so you can go into the water with confidence. If you want to further boost your skills we would love to welcome you to our weekly water safety classes (1h) where you can develop your water confidence and safety skills on a regular basis under the supervision and guidance of a certified beach lifeguard and swim/surf instructor.
