FREEDIVING HOLIDAYS

We are excited to offer you absolutely outstanding retreats in epic locations in Tenerife, Greece, and Ireland.

 

Our retreat in Tenerife is centered around Freediving and is especially focused on level 1 and level 2 courses as well as depth training. Having said that, the reason why we chose this Island is that there are plenty of options for fun dives and downtime or exploring the island. 

 

For our Greece Trip, we will be living on a 15m Sailing boat, cruising around remote Islands where we will be diving in crystal clear waters with a focus on fun dives, training dives, wild swims, hikes, and daily breathing sessions for inner peace and mental clarity.

Our Seascape retreat in Dingle, Ireland takes place in the stunning grounds and cliff accommodations of Atlantic Bay Rest. This place is all about winding down and (re-)connecting to yourself and nature. You can choose how much you want to be involved from what's on the menu: daily breathing sessions and meditation, an introductory course to freediving, snorkeling, paddleboarding, hiking, sea swims or just chill out in the cliff top sauna or hot tub.
